Birmingham-based America’s First Federal Credit Union has launched an updated website and a new digital banking platform through a redesigned mobile app.
The new AmFirst.org is described by the company as a more intuitive, easier to navigate site with a cleaner, more modern look.
At the same time, its digital banking application, which can be downloaded from the Apple and Google Play app stores, now provides members with access to accounts and available balances, with more control over transfers and bill pay scheduling.
Other key digital banking features include mobile eStatements, redemption of reward points, trackable outside accounts, transfers, card controls, budgeting and savings tools, loan applications, FICO credit scores for members with current loans and other options.
All online banking capabilities for individual and business members can be accessed via the AmFirst Digital Banking app.
Kyle McDougal, AmFirst brand management officer, said the online changes were meant to provide members with the “same level of service digitally that we do in our physical branch locations.”
