Florida-based US Century Bank has partnered with NCR to enhance its digital banking offering for consumers and businesses.
The $1.4bn-asset lender selected NCR Digital Banking DI platform to power consumer and business banking. The platform will also support integration with other partners and deliver a complete suite of business banking capabilities.
NCR also offers Spanish-language support capabilities, which will help the community bank to better serve its Spanish-speaking customer base.
US Century Bank executive vice president and head of bank operations Andy Collazo said: “We’ve experienced a notable increase in digital users over the past several months, highlighting just how important it is to invest in digital banking for both consumers and businesses.
